Why This Role Matters Orders don't fulfill themselves — every pick, pallet, and truck load in this role is a link in the chain. Miss one step and the whole workflow backs up: wrong inventory counts, a late truck, a mis-picked order. This role keeps that chain moving, which means the person in it has to care about getting it right the first time, not just getting it done. What You'll Do Manage inventory accurately across multiple systems/platforms Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders; build/follow systems that keep picking accurate and efficient Palletize product for shipment Load trucks according to scheduled stop sequence Operate pallet jacks (manual and electric) safely Work in cold storage/refrigerated environments Lift, carry, and move boxes and product regularly (up to 45lbs) Stock and restock warehouse product as needed Keep dock, warehouse area, and cooler safe, tidy, and organized (staging space is limited — organization matters) Fill in on other tasks as needed Requirements Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently Experience with order fulfillment and palletizing Comfortable working in a cold environment for extended periods Physically able to lift/carry up to 45lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for full shifts Certified or trainable to operate manual and electric pallet jacks Comfortable working as part of a small team What We're Looking For A positive, team-first attitude Willingness to learn and take on tasks as they come up Takes pride in their work and ownership of quality Proactive about keeping shared spaces organized Preferred Familiarity with
