Filter Delivery/Warehouse Technician Job description:
Position Description:
The Filter Delivery/Warehouse Technician is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, organizing, and traveling to customers' location installing paint booth filters. This role ensures efficient inventory control, accurate order fulfillment, and a clean, safe working environment. General, working hours are 7:30 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday, occasional overtime is required. Job functions include, but are not limited to:- Replacement of filters
- Deliver bagged filters to customer sites
- Measure and cut filters to specific sizes, bags and label for specific locations
- Keep track of filter inventory and make requests to re-supply when needed.
- Maintain company vehicles with supplied tools and supplies
- Complete other tasks as assigned by either the crew leader or coordinator
- Prepare and package outgoing orders according to company standards.
- Pick, pack, and label products for shipment or internal use.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies to management.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and restocking shelves.
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to meet deadlines.
- Follow all company policies and OSHA safety regulations.
- Measure and cut filters to specific sizes, bags and label for specific locations
- Monitor filter inventory and request resupply as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.
- Able to work in company specific software on phone or tablet
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
