Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team on a part-time basis (10-20 hours per week). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a production environment and takes pride in producing high-quality products. The Warehouse Associate will assist with product creation, production activities, packaging, labeling, and shipping customer orders while helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Responsibilities Prepare and create products according to established procedures and quality standards. Assist with daily production activities and workflow. Package finished products accurately and professionally. Apply labels and verify product information before shipment. Pick, pack, and ship customer orders. Receive and organize inventory and supplies. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and production area. Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need replenishing. Follow safety procedures and company standards. Perform other warehouse and production duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or shipping experience is a plus but not required—we're happy to train the right person. Ability to lift up to 60 lb. comfortably - will be repeatedly carrying heavy bags of product up a ladder. Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
