Experience working in a fast-paced fulfillment, logistics, or distribution center environment is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy. Ability to work independently while meeting productivity goals. Dependable attendance and a strong safety mindset. Experience handling food, retail, packaging, or consumer products preferred. Physical Capabilities Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing 20-50 pounds throughout the shift. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move continuously in a warehouse environment. Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with consistent physical activity. Job Duties Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) to safely and efficiently move products throughout the warehouse. Perform case order picking by selecting and palletizing full-case products according to customer orders. Build stable pallets by properly stacking products based on size, weight, and shipping requirements. Ensure Starbucks store locations receive the correct ingredients, retail merchandise, and packaging materials needed for daily operations. Verify order accuracy and maintain high quality standards while meeting productivity expectations. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Support shipping and fulfillment operations to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.   • Warehouse Associate, Staffmark What You Will Do As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations.
You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures. Efficiently operating an electric pallet jack to move products within the warehouse CASE order pick (not opening the box but will be lifting the entire box that was ordered) and palletize product by weight. Handle products weighing between 20-50lbs consistently throughout shift Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all orders being shipped. Contribute to a safe and organized warehouse environment A Warehouse Associate supports warehouse success by accurately receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping products according to established procedures. This role combines physical activity with organization and attention to detail while maintaining safe warehouse operations. The Warehouse Associate works with inventory systems, warehouse equipment, shipping documentation, and customer orders while helping maintain efficient workflows and inventory accuracy.
