Role Description ShipTop is hiring Warehouse Associates to join our fulfillment team. In this role, you'll be responsible for picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently, unloading incoming shipments and containers, and helping keep our inventory organized and accurate. This is a hands-on, physical role in a fast-paced warehouse environment where accuracy and speed both matter.

Responsibilities:
Pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time Pack orders carefully, following packaging guidelines to prevent damage in transit Unload incoming containers and shipments, checking counts and condition against paperwork Receive and put away inventory in the correct locations Count and verify inventory accurately, reporting any discrepancies Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) — training provided Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies Communicate any issues, damages, or shortages to your supervisor right away
Requirements:
Available to work full-time hours during peak season Reliable, punctual, and dependable Comfortable with repetitive physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience i Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
