Job Description

Overview Tiger Tail USA is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Warehouse & Light Assembly Associate to join our small team. This role supports warehouse operations, order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and light product assembly. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Perform light assembly of products and components as instructed. Operate & maintain assembly equipment. Follow established quality standards for product builds and orders. Report inconsistencies to the team leader. Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipments. Load and unload boxes/pallets from trucks using a walkie, forklift, pallet jacks, or hand carry. Set up and tear down unloading equipment as required. Use chop saw equipment to cut product components. Set up and tear down covered outdoor workstation. (rain or shine) Prepare, label, and wrap pallets for shipping. Break down cardboard boxes and load onto truck for recycling. Receive, inspect, count, and stock incoming inventory. Assist with inventory counts and report material shortages. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Communicate equipment issues, maintenance needs, and process improvement suggestions to management. Follow all company quality control, safety, and conduct policies. Support warehouse and production activities as business needs require. Training provided of all duties. Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to lift 40 pounds and team lift 60 pounds when required Physical stamina to stand, walk, reach, bend, and crouch for extended periods Comfortable using basic hand tools and warehouse equipment Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills Ability to follow written instructions and step-by-step assembly procedures Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards Ability to pass a drug screening Previous warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, shipping, or receiving experience preferred but not required Your success is our success. From $18.50 per hour
