This position plays an important role in supporting our wholesale coffee operation. Responsibilities will include delivering freshly roasted coffee to cafés, restaurants, offices, and other wholesale customers, as well as assisting with order preparation, inventory, warehouse organization, and general roastery operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, enjoys working independently, takes pride in doing things accurately and efficiently, and is comfortable interacting with customers. A genuine interest in coffee is a plus. Responsibilities Wholesale Delivery Deliver coffee and related products to wholesale customers on established routes. Load and unload coffee, boxes, and other products safely. Verify orders for accuracy before leaving the roastery. Make deliveries in a timely and professional manner. Provide friendly, helpful service to wholesale customers. Build and maintain positive relationships with café, restaurant, and business customers. Communicate customer requests, questions, inventory needs, or concerns to the wholesale team. Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation. Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and properly maintained. Warehouse & Roastery Support Pick, pack, and stage wholesale orders for delivery. Organize finished coffee and other wholesale products in the warehouse. Assist with receiving and organizing green coffee and other supplies. Help maintain accurate inventory levels. Restock coffee, packaging, and supplies as needed. Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing coffee for wholesale orders. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work environment. Assist with general roastery and production tasks as needed. Help with loading and organizing products for wholesale deliveries. Follow company procedures for food safety, cleanliness, and workplace safety. Qualifications Valid driver's license and a good driving record. Reliable transportation to and from the workplace. Dependable and punctual with strong attention to detail. Friendly and professional when interacting with customers. Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively. Able to follow delivery routes, schedules, and written instructions. Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation, communication, and delivery documentation. Basic organizational and inventory skills. Interest in specialty coffee is a plus. Coffee industry experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Physical Requirements This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, and driving. The employee must be able to safely lift and move boxes and coffee bags weighing up to approximately 50 lbs. The position may involve working in a warehouse or roastery environment with exposure to heat, coffee dust, and moving equipment. Schedule Approximately 20-24 hours per week during business hours of 8 am - 4 pm . The schedule will be established based on wholesale delivery routes and production needs.
