Warehouse Associate - Puyallup-Sumner, WA Starting Compensation $19.00

Hour Fulltime Position:

Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm The Warehouse Picker/Packer/Shipper plays a key role in our company's success in providing timely and accurate shipments to our customers. The Picker/Packer/Shipper role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to impact our customers directly and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack and ship products accurately in a timely manner within a warehouse environment. Utilize technology such as PCs and scanners to maintain accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that products and materials are properly stored and aisles are kept clean. Help with unloading containers. Collaborate with team members and other departments to fulfill orders, meet production goals, complete monthly inventory cycles and ensure smooth operations within the warehouse. Sometimes additional hours will be asked Monday-Friday 6:00am to 5:30pm and weekends during peak season. Employees must understand and abide by company policies including safety and timekeeping policies. Daily Tasks Repetitive picking tasks Standing and walking for long hours Basic math and computer skills Must be able to pick up 1 to 50 lbs. Use a hand truck and pallet jack. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, picking and packing is preferred. Experience using a QR scan gun is preferred. Basic math and computer skills are required. A strong team player with the ability to work independently and accurately. Strong work ethic with a drive to learn and grow within the organization.
