Job Description

We continue to build on this foundation, growing our team with the same core values that made us who we are. KP is looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate at our Renton, Washington facility. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for preparing, processing and recording items/orders in shipping, receiving, and/or inventory areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Interprets shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders, incoming receipts, pack slips and other records to determine inventory, shipping and receiving priorities, to support work assignments. Processes shipping orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, condition of shipments, and applies good quality control standards. Packs, labels and prepares all necessary documentation. Performs onsite inspection and record data for quality assurance and customer reports. Issues, receives and controls inventory of materials and finished goods; verifies information against bills of lading, invoices, orders or other records; assign part locations; provide accurate counts; resolves issues in a timely and accurate manner. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Education, Experience and Training (Knowledge): High School Diploma or equivalent. Six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills and Abilities:
Good verbal, written and listening skills; ability to read, understand and follow SOP's, and supervisor's instructions. Handles multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Plans, organizes and prioritizes work activities to use time efficiently. Reviews all work carefully for completeness and accuracy. Identifies problems and notifies supervisor/manager in a timely manner. Works effectively with others; helps and supports co-workers.
