We take pride in our reliable service, strong team culture, and commitment to doing the job right — every time. We are looking for a dependable, motivated Delivery Driver to join our growing team. Position Overview As a Delivery Driver at Ironclad Company, you will play a key role in getting orders safely and on time to our customers throughout the Puget Sound area. You will work closely with our warehouse team and serve as the face of Ironclad Company to our customers on the road. Work hours are approximately 6:30AM - 3:00PM Key Responsibilities Loading your F450 flatbed truck and properly strap down and secure all cargo prior to departure Deliver orders accurately and on time throughout the Puget Sound region Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery ETAs, delays, or any issues that arise Assist with pulling and fulfilling orders in the warehouse Put away incoming inventory in an organized and efficient manner Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing Ironclad Company Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies Qualifications & Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Forklift experience and certification if possible Previous experience in delivery driving or logistics is a must Strong communication skills — able to interact professionally with customers and team members Highly organized with the ability to manage a route and prioritize tasks effectively Team-oriented attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed Ability to safely load, unload, and handle cargo; must be able to lift up to 75 lbs Comfortable working in a physically active, outdoor environment in varying weather conditions Basic smartphone/navigation app proficiency Compensation & Benefits Ironclad Company offers a competitive compensation package based on your experience:
