About the Position We're looking for an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented person to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position combining e-commerce order fulfillment, shipping, inventory/warehouse work, and basic computer tasks . Our business moves quickly, so the right person will be comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment, switching between different tasks, and figuring out what needs to be done next without needing constant direction. You do not need previous Shopify or Faire experience. We're more interested in finding someone who is comfortable with computers, learns new programs quickly, pays attention to details, and takes pride in getting orders out accurately and on time. What You'll Do Review Shopify orders daily and identify the oldest orders that need to be filled Pick, pack, and ship customer orders Carefully double-check products, quantities, invoices, and shipping information before orders leave the warehouse Update orders and tracking information in Shopify Communicate with customers regarding their orders, primarily through Facebook Messenger Process wholesale orders for our Chloe & Lex brand through the Faire platform Receive incoming merchandise and help get inventory into the warehouse Keep products, inventory, packing areas, and warehouse spaces organized Assist with basic inventory management Help with simple website and product-data updates as needed Learn and use several online systems and computer programs Jump in wherever needed to help keep orders and the warehouse moving There may also be opportunities to help with products during our Tickled Pink Live Sales . We're Looking for Someone Who Is extremely organized and detail-oriented Is dependable and shows up ready to work Is comfortable using computers and learning new software Can work independently and prioritize tasks Is comfortable in a busy, sometimes chaotic warehouse environment Can move quickly without sacrificing accuracy Has good written communication and basic customer-service skills Is willing to learn and isn't intimidated by new technology Can lift and move boxes and merchandise as part of a normal workday Has a positive, flexible attitude and is willing to pitch in where needed Shopify, Faire, e-commerce, shipping, fulfillment, retail, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required. About Us This position supports Tickled Pink Live Sales and Chloe & Lex , our wholesale accessories brand. We sell a fun mix of merchandise including jewelry, handbags, accessories, gifts, and other boutique products. We're a small-business environment, which means everyone's role matters. We're looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, likes seeing orders go from the computer screen to packed and out the door, and wants to become an important part of our team.
