Seattle Office Job Description Summary:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking and preparing customer orders for delivery. This is a PM shift that begins at 12pm and is a non-exempt, non managerial position who reports to the Operations Manager. Warehouse Duties Efficiently pick customer orders in accordance with the invoice, complete any paperwork, and ensure proper paperwork is included with the order Inspect merchandise for deficiencies or breakage prior to shipment or warehouse storage Carry and/or transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms within warehouse, and appropriately use equipment as needed Record all merchandise discrepancies on appropriate paperwork Load, unload, and transfer merchandise to designated area Stock merchandise in appropriate areas while utilizing proper equipment Complete inventory preparation for stock Maintain a neat and orderly workplace at all times Follow safety procedures at all times and report dangerous conditions to management immediately. Perform other related duties as assigned

High School Diploma or equivalent Previous warehouse experience, 2 years preferred Ability to stand and kneel for extended periods of time and lift up to 75lbs. Ability to work with a team/be a team player Basic computer and data entry skills, including MS Word and Excel knowledge Ability to work in inclement weather Ability to operate a forklift
