Henderson, CO Join a Growing Manufacturing Team We are hiring an experienced Warehouse Associate to support a busy manufacturing operation that produces large industrial equipment for the energy industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced warehouse environment, takes pride in inventory accuracy, and is looking for a long-term career with a company that offers stability, growth, and a strong team culture. This is not a position where you'll be limited to one area of the warehouse. We're looking for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and wants to play an important role in shipping, receiving, inventory management, material handling, and warehouse organization. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy Utilize ERP software to track inventory and material movement Pick, stage, and distribute materials for production requirements Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Track inventory locations and maintain organized storage areas Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts Support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations as needed Communicate with production teams to ensure materials are available when required Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory management Experience using ERP systems for inventory tracking Sit-down forklift experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience working in a manufacturing warehouse environment Preferred Qualifications Epicor ERP experience Experience performing cycle counts and inventory audits Stand-up forklift experience Experience handling industrial materials, metals, or manufacturing components Strong communication and problem-solving skills Why This Opportunity Stands Out Competitive pay of $24
