Warehouse Worker Job Description We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our logistics team. This role involves handling inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS). Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits. Label and organize stock according to company standards. Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with safety regulations. Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors. Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals. Essential Skills Experience in logistics, warehouse, and material handling. Proficiency in inventory control and management. Experience with shipping and receiving. Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of warehouse experience. Experience in inventory or shipping/receiving is a plus. Forklift experience is a plus. Must be open to working 2nd shift and weekends if necessary. Why Work Here?
