Job Description

Overview:
Summit Golf Brands (SGB) is a growing designer and distributor of premium golf apparel, trusted by more than 3,000 accounts across 25 countries. We are hiring a full time Warehouse and Shipping Associate to help keep our operation moving and our product out the door on time. This is active, hands on work with a team that looks out for one another, steady hours, and real room to grow. No prior experience needed. Bring a strong work ethic and a good attitude, and we will teach you the rest.
What You Will Do:
Pick, pack, ship, receive, and replenish inventory with care and accuracy. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments using scanners and warehouse software. Record shipment details such as weights, charges, and any discrepancies for reporting and tracking. Prepare shipping documents, including work orders and bills of lading. Partner with internal teams to resolve shortages, damages, or order questions. Keep shipping supplies well stocked and the workspace clean and organized. Move materials safely using a forklift, hand trucks, conveyors, and sorting equipment.
What You Bring:
Comfort working in a busy environment, including mandatory Saturdays. Strong attention to detail and a positive, upbeat attitude. The ability to work well on your own and alongside a team. The ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift, push, or pull 40 to 50 lbs. Solid reading, writing, and basic computer skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Nice to

1 year of shipping or warehouse experience. Experience in the apparel industry. Basic Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
