In this on-site role, you will manage daily operations, staff, and curriculum to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care. You will ensure a safe, inclusive environment, maintain licensing and regulatory compliance, and foster strong partnerships with families and school partners. The Site Director oversees budgeting, enrollment, and resource management while coaching educators, supporting their professional growth, and upholding KinderCare's nurturing, learning-focused culture. Responsibilities Lead daily operations of the Barneveld Elementary site, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. Supervise, coach, and schedule teaching and support staff. Oversee curriculum implementation and age-appropriate learning activities. Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, and safety regulations. Build strong relationships with families and school partners through communication and events. Manage enrollment, budgets, and center resources to meet performance goals. Monitor child progress and support individualized learning plans. Recruit, onboard, and develop staff through training and feedback. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation. Promote Kinder Care's mission, culture, and standards of quality.
