We are seeking dependable, safety-focused Warehouse Associates to join our Germantown Distribution Center. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the accurate movement, storage, and shipment of parts and materials throughout the warehouse. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customers receive their orders accurately and on time while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Essential Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming materials and products. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Utilize RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems to complete transactions. Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting activities. Stage materials for outbound shipments and internal transfers. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and standard operating procedures. Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred. Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is preferred. Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory systems. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift. Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and climb as needed. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
