•discounts on shopping, travel & more Proven continued business growth for future opportunities Position Overview We're seeking an EH&S Specialist to serve as the primary on-site safety resource for our 3rd-shift associates and leadership. This role supports safety programs, training, incident prevention, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Serve as the primary EH&S contact during 3rd shift Conduct safety/environmental audits and emergency response drills Deliver hands-on and classroom safety training Support incident and near-miss investigations and corrective actions Develop Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and facility risk assessments Promote OSHA, company safety, environmental, and GMP compliance Support safety permits, work orders, PSM activities, and PPE requirements Partner with operations and employees to strengthen our safety culture

Requirements:

What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of EHS/safety experience in a manufacturing environment Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Valid, unrestricted driver's license and required insurance Authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship Availability to work 3rd shift, including occasional weekends/alternative schedules Preferred Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field Safety-focused certification Spanish-speaking ability Experience conducting emergency or safety drills
