Material Handler Lead We are seeking an organized and dependable Material Handler Lead to oversee shipping, receiving, inventory, and day-to-day material flow within the warehouse. Responsibilities Prepare, verify, label, and stage finished goods for shipment Coordinate outbound shipments and carrier pickups Safely load and unload trucks Receive incoming materials and verify against purchase orders Label, organize, and store materials in designated locations Identify and report shipment or inventory discrepancies Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts Fulfill internal material requests and support order fulfillment Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse Improve warehouse organization, labeling, and material flow Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment Follow all warehouse procedures and safety standards Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Dependable, self-directed, and accountable Ability to take ownership of warehouse organization and material flow Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred Forklift experience or certification preferred Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid time off Life insurance Employee assistance program Retirement benefits HJM414
