This pivotal role requires a forward-thinking leader with comprehensive expertise in financial management, corporate accounting, and industry regulations. As the Head of Finance, you will drive financial planning, oversee compliance with accounting standards such as GAAP and IFRS, and provide critical insights to support sustainable growth. Your energetic leadership will inspire teams and foster a culture of precision, innovation, and strategic excellence. Responsibilities Develop and implement robust financial strategies aligned with organizational goals, including revenue management, cost control, and profit optimization. Oversee all aspects of corporate finance including budgeting, forecasting, financial projection model development, and fiscal management to ensure financial health. Lead risk analysis initiatives and manage risk mitigation strategies in compliance with industry regulations such as SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act), COSO frameworks, and governmental accounting standards. Manage treasury functions including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships to support operational needs. Supervise the preparation of regulatory reporting, financial statements interpretation, and comprehensive financial reports for senior leadership and stakeholders. Lead the finance team by fostering professional growth, ensuring adherence to accounting standards (GAAP/IAS), and maintaining high standards of financial software utilization for accurate data management. Qualifications Proven experience in finance director or senior leadership roles within complex organizations with a strong background in financial analysis, strategic planning, and fiscal management. Extensive knowledge of industry-specific financial regulations including SOX compliance, IFRS standards, IAS guidelines, and governmental accounting practices. Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, forecasting analysis, risk management, revenue cycle management, and regulatory reporting. Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams in finance functions such as accounting systems implementation, payroll management, expense control, and cost management. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial statements and develop actionable insights for executive decision-making. Exceptional negotiation skills paired with a strategic mindset to support business development initiatives like mergers & acquisitions or fundraising efforts. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; advanced certifications such as CPA or CFA are highly desirable.
