Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move inventory safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse Manage warehouse distribution by picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment using order picker tools and warehouse management systems (WMS) Maintain accurate stock levels through regular stocking, inventory checks, and updates in the warehouse management system (WMS) or AS400 platform Ensure all shipments are accurately documented and prepared for dispatch according to shipping & receiving protocols Utilize basic math skills for order calculations, inventory counts, and packaging measurements Support order fulfillment processes in a setting by efficiently picking and packing customer orders with attention to detail Requirements Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment processes Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems) preferred Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, or similar platforms for inventory control Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing Strong physical stamina to lift, load, unload, and move heavy items safely throughout your shift Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in picking, packing, stocking, and documentation Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members across various warehouse functions Join us as a Warehouse & Shipping Specialist where your expertise will drive operational excellence!
