Bay Converting Inc. in Green Bay is actively looking for Machine Operator. The Machine Operator runs the dryer sheet manufacturing equipment that includes unwinds, coaters, folders, slitters, and a cartoner. This role operates machines that fold both non-woven and paper material and troubleshoots any mechanical issues that occur.

Responsibilities:

Ensures daily production is meeting schedule requirements. Checks incoming material for quality and quantity. Safely operates equipment and adheres to safety rules. Performs inspections and quality checks specific to the area. Operates forklift to move raw materials and unfinished goods.

Requirements Qualifications:

2 years machine operating experience, required. Operating experience in converting environment, preferred. Experience utilizing electronic control panels, preferred.
