- $22.00/hr (based on experience). What You'll Do
- Pick, stage, and prepare metal materials for shipment
- Break down bulk bundles into customer-specific orders
- Package and label materials accurately per customer requirements
- Operate sit-down and/or side loader forklifts to move product safely
- Print, apply, and verify shipping labels
- Support maximum efficiency in finished goods preparation
- Maintain accuracy, organization, and safety in all warehouse tasks

- Forklift experience
REQUIRED
(minimum 1 year)- Prior metals, steel, aluminum, or heavy material handling experience preferred
- Ability to pass a skills assessment (math, reading, measurement, attention to detail, problem-solving)
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs throughout shift
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse tasks
- Steel-toe boots required Preferred Experience
- Crane operation experience (higher pay consideration)
- Metals industry or industrial warehouse background
