6:00am - 2:30pm and 2ndShift:

Hang, prep and pack parts for shipment (boxes, skids, etc.) Inspect parts and catch defects before they leave the shop Move materials around the facility (forklift training provided) Keep your workspace clean and organized Work alongside a team to hit daily production goals Assist in various production departments based on workload and business needs May be trained and assigned to perform sandblasting duties Operate sandblasting equipment and related tools after proper training Load, position, rotate, and unload parts during the blasting process Remove rust, scale, paint, coatings, and other surface contaminants from parts using abrasive blasting equipment Inspect blasted surfaces to ensure parts meet required preparation standards Maintain blasting equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition Follow all required safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE, including respiratory protection when requiredWhat We're Looking For:

You'll be on your feet and moving throughout the day Lifting up to 75lbs may be required Overtime (including weekends) is part of the job Employees may be cross-trained and assigned to different departments, including sandblasting, based on production needs, staffing, training, and demonstrated ability Sandblasting assignments may require working in an enclosed blasting area while wearing required protective equipment and respiratory protection The role involves continuous physical activity, including repeated lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of parts and materials. Employees should expect to perform these tasks for extended periods of time without assistance. Candidates must be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment where repetitive heavy lifting is required as part of normal job duties. The ability to maintain stamina and perform repetitive lifting safely and consistently is essential to success in this role. This is a labor-intensive position in an industrial environment. The job requires standing, walking, and performing repetitive heavy lifting for the duration of the shift. Employees will regularly handle large, heavy parts and must be physically capable of meeting these demands daily. Depending on production needs, employees may also perform Sandblasting. Sandblasting is physically demanding and may require prolonged standing, repetitive movement, handling heavy parts, working in dusty or hot conditions, and wearing specialized PPE for extended periods. Employees assigned to Blasting must be able to safely perform these duties and follow all required safety, respiratory protection, and equipment procedures. Why TBS?
