We are a family-owned business entering our 40th year in operation and are excited to expand our national footprint. We are recruiting a 2nd Shift Material Handler to join our talented team of high-impact employees in our Milton, WI production facility. Material Handlers are responsible for the movement of both raw stock and finished products within our facilities. This includes loading and unloading trucks as well as staging materials, adding or removing materials from warehouse racking, and driving a straight truck between plants.
In this position you will:
Operate sitting and standing forklifts, clamp trucks, power walkers and scissors lifts, including conducting safety audits on the equipment at the start of each shift Use Radio Frequency (RF) scanners to track the movement of materials Complete all necessary paperwork for tasks performed on your shift Drive a straight truck between local plants, no CDL required Maintain a clean and safe work environment Receive material into our computerized inventory
Experience and Education:
Must have a high school diploma or GED Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license, CDL not required Commitment to quality and safety Good communication skills Ability to accurately read and compare a series of numbers Prior experience operating forklifts and other powered industrial equipment is helpful but not required Basic computer skills in a Windows environment This full-time position includes the following benefits: Perfect Attendance Bonus Shift Premium for 2nd Shift Medical coverage Dental and Vision coverage Flexible Spending Account (FSA) 401k saving plan with company match Paid Vacation Paid Holidays
