What You'll Do As the Prevocational Program Manager, you'll work closely with the Client Services Program Director to ensure our programs operate effectively while delivering exceptional service to the individuals we support. In this role, you will: Welcome and guide new clients through the intake process. Conduct tours and build positive relationships with referral sources. Help individuals access the services and supports they need. Partner with clients, caregivers, guardians, and employees to address concerns and celebrate successes. Serve as a liaison between production and program teams. Support compliance efforts, licensing requirements, and quality standards. Coordinate client-related processes, attendance reporting, and billing activities. Provide training and system support to team members. Assist with transportation coordination and operational needs. Pay:
$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
