We are looking to fill loading and unloading positions in our Powder Coating shop on 1st shift. This position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties: prepping and hanging parts to be painted, assisting in moving the parts through the system, unloading, and packaging parts for shipment, as well as keeping a clean and organized work area. Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and twisting are a daily part of this position. You must be comfortable lifting up to 40lbs on a regular basis. Completion of simple paperwork for finished parts may be required. Attention to detail and pride in your work is a must! We are a Class A paint shop whose work speaks for itself. Flexibility, good communication, and the willingness to be a part of the team are very important. During occasional downtime you may be assigned to other areas of the shop or warehouse to help as needed.
