Job Summary We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our manufacturing team in Oconomowoc, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading parts and assisting with various production tasks throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, physically capable, and willing to learn. Employees should be flexible and comfortable cross-training in different areas as needed to support daily production goals.

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM-6:00

PM Overtime:

Fridays as needed Duties Load and unload parts and materials safely and efficiently Assist with various production and manufacturing tasks as assigned Move materials and parts throughout the facility as needed Follow established safety procedures and company guidelines Use proper PPE and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Inspect parts and materials for visible defects or quality concerns Follow instructions from supervisors and leads to complete assigned tasks Cross-train in different areas of production as needed Assist team members with meeting daily production and quality goals Maintain a consistent pace while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Report safety concerns, damaged materials, or equipment issues to management Perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving materials throughout the shift

Experience Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience is preferred but not required Ability to safely lift and move parts and materials as required Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Willingness to learn and cross-train in different production areas Ability to work effectively as part of a team Safety-conscious with attention to detail and quality Flexibility to work overtime on Fridays as needed This position is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable manufacturing experience while learning multiple areas of production.
