Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our logistics and distribution operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, preparing shipments, and supporting seamless warehouse functions. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help ensure timely order fulfillment, accurate stock management, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure safe handling of goods. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing order picking systems and inventory management software to maintain accuracy. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems like AS400 or MRP platforms. Organize stock in designated areas, ensuring proper stocking procedures are followed for easy retrieval and inventory control. Assist with shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and trade compliance standards. Support warehouse distribution activities by loading/unloading trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by responding to internal requests promptly and ensuring order fulfillment meets quality standards. Requirements Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse tools safely. Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with international trade regulations is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and stock management tasks. Pay:
