Starting Pay:

$21.20/hour + Quarterly Bonus Eligibility 🕒

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Join Saint-Gobain CertainTeed, a global leader committed to Trust, Empowerment, and Collaboration. Our Plymouth, WI facility manufactures ceiling tiles and panels in a safe, team-oriented, and growth-focused environment. Responsibilities Follow all safety policies, SOPs, and company procedures. Operate in feeding, stacking, and offloading production positions. Monitor production equipment and maintain production rates. Set up equipment according to established standards. Inspect products to ensure quality requirements are met. Identify and resolve production issues using continuous improvement methods. Complete production documentation and required metrics. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

Qualifications High school diploma preferred. 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.
