Machine Operator / Production Worker - 1st Shift Shawano, WI Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Overtime as needed) $17.00/hour Fast Hire Opportunity! Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and experienced Machine Operator / Production Worker to join our growing team in a wood manufacturing facility. This is a full-time, first-shift position with opportunities for cross-training and advancement. Responsibilities Operate woodworking machinery safely and efficiently Load and unload lumber and wood products Inspect materials for defects and perform quality checks Discard scrap and defective pieces Assist with machine setup and adjustments Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow production schedules, work orders, and shipping instructions Support multiple departments as a general laborer Qualifications Prior experience in wood manufacturing and machine operation required Ability to lift and move 30-50 lbs unassisted Comfortable with twisting, bending, and reaching Experience using hand tools Strong attendance and punctuality Ability to work 10-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a positive attitude Finished carpentry skills are a plus #IND5 #CelerityHire
