Job Description
Job Description The Yard Associate is responsible for the stationing and retrieving equipment on the location's property. The role maintains a written maintenance schedule and may service equipment as necessary to ensure equipment meets all set specifications. The Yard Associate also inspects equipment prior to and after rental to document any lost and/or damaged equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to efficiently load and unload rental equipment.
- Accurately prepare and stage rental orders for customer pickup and delivery.
- Maintain organized yard operations by ensuring equipment is properly stationed and accessible.
- Conduct thorough inspections of equipment before and after rental to document condition and identify any loss or damage.
- Support routine maintenance and servicing of equipment as needed to meet company standards.
