3 months Job Overview This role is essentially a lab capacity and resource coordinator supporting datacenter/system product engineering teams. The person will manage lab reservations, capacity planning, infrastructure readiness, and coordination between engineering teams and lab operations . Responsibilities Coordinate with multiple engineering teams to understand lab space and infrastructure requirements . Manage reservations for benches, racks, power, air cooling, liquid cooling, networking, and site logistics . Match engineering project requirements with available lab capacity and facilities . Track whether required infrastructure and equipment are ordered, installed, and ready before project use. Maintain accurate lab capacity/utilization records . Prepare and publish meeting notes, utilization reports, and project status updates . Ensure users follow established lab policies and reservation procedures .
