You'll be: Supporting Production Operations with accurate documentation, inventory reporting, labor and material tracking, and batch record review to ensure compliance and timely product release Mentoring employees on documentation and inventory accuracy, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives Managing lot control and coordinating lot assignments to packaging schedules Preparing manufacturing instructions and essential documentation for processing and packaging departments Ensuring all documents are accurate and current Monitoring scheduling changes and updating inventory applications Performing detailed analysis of batch record documents for completeness and cGMP compliance Calculating product and label yields and investigating discrepancies Directing employees and supervisors in resolving batch record errors Conducting shop floor audits to review Standard Work processes and mitigate risks Overseeing batch record flow and verifying cGMP requirements Analyzing inventory reports and auditing transactions for accuracy Reconciling inventory variances with physical verification Providing corrective actions to supervisors Managing DOT documentation for outbound shipments Supporting label room functions and maintaining office supply inventory This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a HS Diploma/GED plus 2 years of experience OR an Associate Degree (required) Are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (required) Possess strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills Demonstrate team orientation and self-direction Can lift 10-25 lbs. and perform tasks involving walking, standing, sitting, and typing/data entry Preferably have experience with manufacturing accounting, FDA/cGMP/ISO regulations, Oracle, Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement, or chemical manufacturing What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
