Position:

Full-time Environmental Specialist/Waste Coordinator to join our team at E.T. Technologies in Salt Lake City. Ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in chemical, geological engineering, environmental engineering, geology, or environmental science. Experience in an environmental-related field or experience with regulated and hazardous waste disposal regulations (RCRA) is required. 3 - 5 years of experience in the above related fields.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

Typical job duties include: Waste stream characterization and approval (e.g. field sampling) Client interaction and additional potential work through onsite marketing interactions as they present themselves Detailed profiling and documentation of potential and incoming waste shipments (ability to read and interpret lab reports) Environmental sampling of waste streams and groundwater wells. Primary coordination and scheduling for our liquid vacuum truck operations (will work with vac truck drivers) Primary coordination and scheduling for our regulated waste disposal work (will work with company personnel and external waste vendors) Logistical support to field operations at our non-hazardous waste processing facility Preparation and planning to aid remediation projects throughout the Intermountain West (ex. Bluestakes, local and state permits, rentals etc.) Any experience in underground storage tank regulations is a plus Applicants must be highly attentive to details and possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Some heavy lifting is required Some travel to various jobsites is required with limited overnight as necessary
