We are seeking an effective sanitation technician. This position is responsible sanitizing of machinery, utensils, and equipment used to produce food products in accordance with established Safety, Quality, Food Safety (SQF) and Food Defense standards.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure safe operations by adherence to environmental, health and safety program and procedures. Ensures that Sanitation Standard Operation Procedures, Good manufacturing Practices and Good Housekeeping procedures are maintained. Cleans all equipment needed to run production operations. Operates machines needed to clean equipment and facilities. Mixes cleaning solutions accordingly with chemical supplier recommendations. Maintain inventory control cleaning utensils and chemical supplies. Follow the Master Sanitation Schedule Ability to communicate Food Safety, Production and Quality Issues.
