•4:30 AM Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sanitation Technician for a temporary 2-3 month assignment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout a food manufacturing facility while ensuring compliance with food safety and company regulations. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize food production equipment, machinery, floors, and facility work areas. Follow established sanitation procedures and food safety standards. Safely handle and properly use cleaning chemicals, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Complete sanitation logs, cleaning records, and required documentation accurately. Support production operations by ensuring sanitation requirements are met in a timely manner. Work safely and effectively in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Qualifications Previous sanitation, janitorial, or food manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to work in a cold, wet, and fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
