Sanitation Technician - Night Shift CorTech - 3.1 Irwindale, CA Job Details $20.50 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications Chemical handling safety procedures Manufacturing standard operating procedures Quality assurance standard operating procedures Industrial chemical handling Food safety Standard operating procedures (SOPs) Chemical safety protocols Full Job Description A sauce mufacturer distribution warehouse located in Irwindale is hiring for Sanitation Associates on the night shift. 10:30pm - 7am Monday - Friday Must be open to work overtime weekends as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Use approved chemicals to disinfect surfaces Disassemble, sanitize, and reassemble food processing equipment Dispose of waste along the assembly line Sweep and mop the floors Dust ventilation ducts to ensure proper airflow Refill soap and hand towels in the bathrooms Report potential issues to management
Requirements:
Prior sanitation, janitorial, or food manufacturing experience preferred Ability to stand for long shifts and frequently lift up to 5070 lbs. Comfortable working in wet, humid, or refrigerated areas Follow strict standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and chemical handling protocols.
