Job:

Allstate Sweeping is looking for a reliable, safety-focused CDL B Driver to join our team. This position involves operating sweeping trucks throughout the Denver metro area. Previous experience is not required. Previous commercial driving, sweeping, heavy equipment, or related experience is recommended and preferred. On-the-job training is provided to qualified candidates. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate sweeping trucks equipped with air brakes. Follow all company and job-site safety procedures. Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Identify and communicate equipment or job-site issues to coworkers and management. Keep company equipment clean, safe, and ready for work. Work efficiently and professionally on assigned projects. Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality.

Compensation & Opportunities:

$25-$33 per hour, depending on experience and job assignment. Additional incentives may be available depending on the specific project. Both certified and non-certified projects are available, with separate pay rates. Many projects offer Davis-Bacon wages. Overtime opportunities are frequently available. Paid holidays and vacation. Requirements:

Valid CDL Class B license. Maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Ability to work a flexible schedule based on project needs. Ability to safely operate and care for company equipment. Basic knowledge of the Denver metro area and surrounding communities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong communication skills. Ability to work effectively with coworkers and management. Dependable and safety-conscious work ethic. Willingness to learn and participate in company-provided training.
