We are currently seeking 2-4 dedicated and detail-oriented candidates to join our team. This is a very active & high energy position: picking up ladders, heavy vacuums, walking 15,000+ steps per day. Training and starting work ASAP. Part-time to full time hours are available. We believe in promoting from within. Monday-Friday 7:25am to 4pm, depending on scheduled jobs. Saturday hours are available occasionally. Who We're Looking For Not just experience.Things like:

Physically active and enjoys working outdoors and indoors. Those qualities matter just as much as previous cleaning experience.Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Use of ladders
- Follow cleaning procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly
- Work in a timely manner, timeframes are given for each job.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cleaning technician, please add past jobs to resume
- Driver's license, company vehicles provided.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills are incredibly important
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients
- Flexibility to work different shifts if needed
- Ideal candidate will have past leadership experience
