Responsibilities Safely capture and remove iguanas using appropriate tools and techniques, including the use of ladders and manual handling methods Operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers to clean affected areas after removal activities Use hand tools for habitat modification or removal of debris that may attract iguanas Follow strict safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and fire extinguishers during all operations Conduct outdoor work in various weather conditions while adhering to safety standards Perform routine cleaning of work sites using industrial cleaning methods to ensure a hygienic environment post-removal Assist with outdoor maintenance tasks such as duct cleaning or floor buffing if required for site sanitation or preparation Experience Prior experience in outdoor work environments, wildlife control, or pest management is highly desirable Familiarity with industrial cleaning, pressure washing, and the use of cleaning equipment is a plus Hands-on experience with ladder use, manual handling, and the operation of hand tools is preferred Strong understanding of safety protocols related to outdoor work and wildlife removal procedures Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients during site visits and follow-up interactions This role is paid and offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your skills in wildlife management while contributing to community safety.
