Position Overview We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Field Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position where you'll work outdoors completing a variety of property service projects while interacting professionally with customers. Every day is different, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work and learning new skills. Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial window cleaning. Complete pressure washing and soft washing projects safely and efficiently. Clean gutters and downspouts. Install and service permanent holiday lighting systems. Assist with junk removal and property cleanups. Perform seasonal exterior maintenance services. Operate company equipment safely and responsibly. Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site. Communicate professionally with customers and represent the company in a positive manner. Follow safety procedures and company standards on every job. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. Ability to lift 25+ pounds and perform physically demanding work. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Comfortable working on ladders and at heights. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
