Industrial Cleaning Technician Southeastern Service Group, Inc - 1.8 Winston-Salem, NC Job Details Full-time $17 - $18 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Forklift Certification Lifting equipment Forklift High school diploma or GED Stocking Industrial equipment Full Job Description We are looking for a Maintenance Technician/Warehouse Cleaner to handle our HVAC filter changes and carry out cleaning/maintenance duties throughout the plant. The goal is to keep the plant air quality clean and help the site maintenance team with PM tasks. Responsibilities Change air filters from an aerial lift; 22ft height Operate a power washer to clean the Air Washer System Work on ladders and aerial lifts to clean designated areas of plant Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc) Perform and document routine filter changes and maintenance activities Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Make adjustments and minor repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Proven working experience on a forklift and aerial lift Must have or be able to obtain a forklift licence. Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Safety Data Sheets High school degree Able to pass a background check Able to work in a
