In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, managing waste and sanitation processes, and supporting daily site activities to promote a safe, clean, and efficient environment. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help keep our site running seamlessly, supporting overall operational excellence. Responsibilities Operate heavy machinery including loaders, excavators, forklifts, front loader trucks, roll-off trucks, garbage trucks, and other equipment to assist with material handling and site maintenance. Perform routine cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment. Assist with waste management activities such as garbage collection, recycling, and disposal using appropriate equipment. Support manufacturing processes by transporting materials within the site using heavy equipment. Conduct safety checks on machinery and ensure proper usage to prevent accidents or injuries. Help with loading and unloading materials or supplies as needed, ensuring heavy lifting is performed safely. Maintain accurate records of equipment operation, waste disposal activities, and sanitation procedures. Requirements Proven experience operating loaders, excavators, forklifts, front loader trucks, roll-off trucks, or similar heavy equipment. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in manufacturing or sanitation-related roles is preferred. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and site sanitation. Excellent physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, or perform manual tasks for extended periods. Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately. Certification in forklift operation or heavy equipment operation is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary. Join us as a vital part of our team!
