Job Description

Position Summary:
Supports active production by performing in-process cleaning, changeover sanitation, and maintaining a safe production environment.

Schedule:
Afternoon/evening (2nd shift)
Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning during production Support allergen changeovers Maintain sanitation standards Maintain sanitation tools and equipment
Qualifications:
Minimum High School graduate or GED (required). Prior cleaning or sanitation experience, particularly in food manufacturing or industrial environments, is preferred. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Food manufacturing or sanitation experience preferred Strong reliability and attention to detail Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Physical Requirements Standing & Walking:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
Lifting & Carrying:
Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Repetitive Movements:
Frequent use of hands and arms to perform repetitive tasks such as grasping, handling, assembling, or operating machinery.
Manual Dexterity:
Ability to use hand tools, machinery controls, and equipment with coordination and precision.
Bending & Reaching:
Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and reaching above shoulder level.
Climbing:
Occasional use of stairs, ladders, or platforms.
Visual Requirements:
Adequate vision (with or without correction) to read instructions, labels, gauges, and safety warnings.
Hearing Requirements:
Ability to hear alarms, equipment sounds, and verbal instructions in a potentially noisy environment (hearing protection may be required).
Work Environment Tolerance:
Ability to work in conditions that may include noise, temperature fluctuations (hot/cold), dust, fumes, or odors, use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Endurance & Stamina:
Ability to maintain focus and physical activity throughout the duration of the shift, including overtime when required.
Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
