Maintain accurate records of daily routes, loads, and disposal activities in compliance with safety standards. Interact professionally with customers and community members, providing excellent customer service while addressing questions or concerns about waste collection services. Skills Solid knowledge of heavy lifting techniques and manual transmission operation required for efficient route execution. Mechanical knowledge to identify basic truck issues and perform routine maintenance checks. Excellent driving skills with defensive driving experience to navigate busy streets safely. Outdoor work experience preferred to handle varying weather conditions comfortably.
