Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations at our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing staff, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a positive experience for our guests. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a positive work environment. Handle cash management processes, including cash handling and reconciliation.

• Oversee food preparation and kitchen operations to ensure culinary standards are met. Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant management role or as an Assistant Manager is preferred. Strong background in cash handling and financial management within a fast-paced environment. Experience supervising staff in a culinary setting, particularly in quick service or fast food restaurants. Proven ability to train and develop team members effectively. Familiarity with kitchen operations, food safety practices, and culinary techniques is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead by example and motivate others.
