Responsibilities Perform routine and deep cleaning of sales floor, restrooms, dining areas, and fuel islands Complete light maintenance tasks such as trash removal, minor spills, and basic equipment cleaning Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, paper goods, and restroom products Support store team by keeping high-traffic areas safe, organized, and customer-ready Follow safety, sanitation, and hazard reporting procedures in line with company standards Collaborate with store staff to prioritize tasks during peak traffic periods Operate basic cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently Assist with exterior grounds upkeep including sidewalks, entryways, and parking areas Adhere to company policies, appearance standards, and reliability expectations Provide friendly, helpful interactions with customers as needed Required Skills Commercial cleaning procedures Restroom sanitation Floor care and equipment use Basic facility maintenance Safe chemical handling Occupational safety and hazard reporting Inventory and supply restocking Time management in high-traffic environments Customer service in retail settings Team communication
