Menomonie Truck Wash Pay Range:
$17.84 to $24.96
Shift:
Variable Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Clean and wash all company owned vehicles (trucks, trailers, and cars) Assist with general shop clean up Accurately log wash activities by using a computer
Qualifications:
Accurate / detail orientated Read / understand/interpret numbers Basic math aptitude Demonstrate a high level of customer serviceWork well alone / as part of teamWilling to learn / perform additional technical skillsWork in a noisy environmentWork in a variety of environmental conditions occasionally Work in a safety conscious environment Ability to complete tasks with a high level of urgency Prior vehicle washing / detailing experience is a plus Physical qualifications : stand / walk up to 10 - 12 hours; bend / reach / twist / stoop frequently; lift / carry 100 pounds to waist level occasionally; push / pull 100 pounds of force.
