Do you have Sanitation experience? We want to talk to you!! A growing food manufacturer in Monroe, WI is looking to add dependable team members to their Sanitation Crew. This position involves detailed, deep cleaning on production equipment and overall facility areas along with safely working with a variety of cleaning chemicals.

Position:

Sanitation Tech 2nd

Shift:

$21.95 | 2pm -11pm | Monday - Friday, Overtime as required

Location:

Monroe, WI Responsibilities:

Perform detailed cleaning and sanitizing of cheese production equipment, tools, and surfaces. Clean and sanitize conveyors, cutters, molds, tables, and utensils. Disassemble machinery for deep cleaning and reassemble. Apply and monitor proper chemical concentrations following SDS guidelines. Support allergen and cross contamination prevention procedures. Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, including chemicals used. Identify and report sanitation issues to supervisors. Complete pre-operational and post - operational sanitations tasks Identify and report sanitation, equipment, and safety issues to leadership.
